Today I wanted to tell you something of a common error in the nutritional , often operated. It's amazing how many different people, and make the same mistakes when it comes to eating healthily and in an attempt to reduce their weight (as determined in other things:-D)!
I can think of that again and again to clients and also with friends and acquaintances who tell me their action. I will always take up again some of these (in my opinion) mistakes and write down my thoughts here.
The " Now it does not matter anyway " effect .... Many
create it, to keep a few days (or even just a few hours) to a new eating habit. Suddenly something unexpected happens. Who has not: A meal with friends, an invitation to an ice cream with wonderful weather, a business lunch, an invitation to a beer ... And the new eating habits are broken!
you! Let you taste it and enjoy it! There should be no problem in my opinion, if you think you then continue to your new eating habit.
The problem arises more in the subsequent behavior . Often neglected all here now, using the slogan " now I eh have sinned, then nothing matters anyway "and it is again resorted to old habits, to the guilty conscience and is trying to restart. This is absolutely wrong in my eyes.

is no reason to give up or a bad conscience.
As I said, it makes the dose and if you have previously paid attention to your diet and then continue to do, will not be a problem. This of course only if these situations, Remain exceptions and not every day that result from the morning till night!
I myself do not begrudge me every now and again an exception: I love pizza! And kebabs! Ohh, and ice! I would do anything for an ice cream (well, almost: D). And cake is something delicious!
It's also nothing like a good beer and a tasty cocktail (Alk That match and training less, I need not mention hopefully! Vllt. I go out in a later moment.)
seen But on the whole, I eat I was very "balanced" and eat food that I consider to be healthy (and me to taste it;))!
So at the next ice cream, pizza or the beer in the beer garden: Let it euc simply taste and enjoy the moment. More importantly, is then not to drop again, and above all not a bad conscience.

We have in fact made citizens!
I generally try to take (very) little refined carbohydrates to me and had "FinnBrod" as an alternative taken. They are, according to instructions, Scandinavian Rye-bread toast. They are round and have the form of a burger bun.
Since it is rye, there is unfortunately still 23% of wheat flour! But as I said, I think it is a good alternative! And besides, even from harm and not an exception;).
We have made pork burgers for the burger. Here, of course, beef or turkey can also be taken Hack (for those who wants something low-fat). This
lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes. On
Ketch-Up and Mayo I have deliberately omitted and instead a cream of avocado (with some yogurt, salt and pepper) is used.
We have been to a carrot salad. But the possibilities are endless!
