Equipment?

After I gave last week a lot of training, himself trained and have passed the WE one
JKD seminar, I'm preparing right now on my kettlebell instructor before (which will run this weekend ), which of course all great fun but also costs a lot of time!
So I take me this time short.
Many people feel that they need always great too for equipment to be strong and in shape to come. I am often asked which and how many Training Equipment are needed for it or whether it would be better not just to go into a gym.

I think you need no training equipment at the beginning and a fitness center is not really necessary, to be strong and get in shape to .
All you need is your own body weight and things that you've probably at home anyway, like a stable door at which one can do pull-ups, a table for Tischklimmzüge and and and. The variety is great.
To be truly strong, rich Body Weight Exercises for the beginning (and beyond) completely. After that we can, if necessary or a barbell and / or one / two dumbbell / s get out with weights. Or you get a kettlebell, ropes and rings, etc.
You need it not all at once, but can get the by and by, augmenting his body weight exercises .

Or you goes out into nature, trees used for pull-ups, heavy tree trunks and / or stones for lifting, going to a playground and lets out his / imagination run wild as these guys ...
